How long does it take to get paid after my vehicle is transported?
Within 2 hours of picking the vehicle up if you have the title. If not, we will pay off the vehicle and send you the remaining amount.
What if I have a payoff on my vehicle that I would like to sell?
No worries! If you have a payoff on your vehicle, we process the payoff as soon as your vehicle is picked up.
What if my car is under a lease contract?
No problem! We will buy out your lease and pay you the difference if any.
What if my vehicle gets damaged during transport?
We are responsible for any damages endured after the car leaves your driveway. No worry involved for you!
How do I feel reassured that I can trust Exotic Auto?
Our paperwork is a legally binding document. We are bound by law to pay you for your vehicle as promised in the paperwork. No risk or worry is involved.
What is consignment at Exotic Auto?
If you feel Exotic Auto is not offering you the price you want for your vehicle, you can choose to put your vehicle on consignment. Exotic Auto will advertise and list your vehicle to various auctions, wholesalers, and retail buyers and do the work for you! The consignment process at Exotic Auto is very easy and takes the burden off of you.
Will you buy my vehicle if it has dents or needs bodywork?
Yes, if your car needs reconditioning, we will adjust our offer and make something work for both of us!
Why can’t you pay me in cash?
Carrying thousands or hundreds of thousands of cash is simply not possible. We will give you a certified check or wire you the money directly.
